Personal Trainer in Henley-On-Thames

I see myself as a calm and relaxed trainer, and my main focus is on my clients, motivating them through an education in fitness as well as training them.

I am qualified in the following:

  • Level 2 Personal Trainer (Fitness Instructor)
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Gym Based Boxing
  • HIIT Training (Circuit Training)
  • Nutrition
  • TQUK Level 2 In Emergency First Aid at Work (QCF)

I have been training myself since I was 15, initially beginning with a personal trainer then adapting my own programme, where I gained fast and effective results. Since then coming to the gym has been one of my main hobbies and I feel privileged to be able to combine an interest with a career. At the gym I am focusing a lot on building muscle mass, however I do like to keep on top of cardio training. I like to compete in obstacle races, in the Spring of 2015 taking part in the Spring Monster Race, I came 1st in my age category, which I see as one of my greatest achievements. That same year, I completed the Winter Monster Race, in true spirit and in the future I plan on competing in many more obstacle course races. Stay tuned for updates on my website, as I hope to pass on my teachings by running classes designed especially for events such as Monster Race, Spartan Race, Tough Mudder etc. 

On holiday I like to keep active by taking part in activities such as mountain climbing, swimming and scuba diving.
